**Please give Two_80 an adequate amount of time to work on a project. Some designs take longer than others, and it is always best to contact them at least 2 months in advance to not only discuss what sort of illustration you want, but whether or not it is part of their repertoire.
In addition, it is paramount to ensure that they have enough time to conceive and produce the design you are looking for. Two_80 is an extremely busy company and it is possible that it may take longer than 2 months, though they will pay extensive attention to detail and employ every effort to the project they are working on for you.
